Ever since I was young, I've had blades on the brain. I
remember some of the coolest gifts I got were the swiss
different tools an such. I had an uncle who used to
idolize the old black & white (and later color) Zorro tv
shows. And when I got older, there was the Princess
cliff became one of my favorite scenes of all time.
Playful banter with (at the time) thrilling swordplay,
who could ask for more. I personally picked up my first
sword in high school. A friend had a hand-me-down of
an old German officer's saber. I bought my first blade
seriously overpriced for its quality. Since then, I've
done my share of studying as to my options and needs
when it comes to purchasing gear. Today, I own over
20 swords in varying sizes, styles and weights. This is
the abridged history of my life with edged weapons.
